Question: Hallo, Ich wog im Februar 120kg bei 1,78m. Da ich mit 31 Jahren als Handwerker in eine Meisterschule gehe habe ich gemerkt das mir das mir die Bewegung aufn Bau fehlt und ich nur Süßkram „fresse“. Also habe ich zusammen mit meiner Frau unsere Ernährung auf Low Carb umgestellt. Zusätzlich gehe ich 3x die Woche in ein Fitnessstudio um die Muskelmasse aufzubauen und meine Grundernergieverbrennung zu erhöhen. Dazu kommt das ich in 3 Monaten 1050km MTB gefahren bin.
