In general, the training plan should be changed every 2-3 months in order not to be limited to one training pattern. Training should always be varied and involve many different muscle groups. Otherwise the first success will remain the only one, as the muscles have adjusted to the load pattern.

The training plan

First of all: a training plan, no matter where it comes from, is not the ultimate recipe. Everyone is different and therefore reacts differently to certain stresses. Beginners in particular often have difficulties in putting together the ideal exercise from the large number of possible exercises and may instinctively concentrate more on areas that have been trained anyway - precisely because the exercises are easier here.

In addition, each muscle should and must be given its regeneration time. Therefore, when creating a training plan, attention should be paid to balance. Not only the muscles, but also the entire nervous system must be given time to recover. If this is neglected, a lack of motivation and noticeable loss of strength during training are the consequences.

Before you even start training, it is important to stretch all muscle groups extensively. This is important to achieve the optimal body temperature of around 39 ° C at which the muscles are at their best. If your training session lasts longer, i.e. more than approx. 45 minutes, you should also plan further stretching units in between. After this period of time, the body temperature falls below the optimum.

Effective muscle building does not follow from a few exercises in between - that should be clear to everyone. Look at different training plans and talk to fitness trainers if you are unsure about the direction of your own training.
