The tolerance of stimulants is the most important selection criterion. One of the most popular ingredients in weight control formulas is caffeine. Caffeine tolerance is different for everyone. The weight control formulas with one or two ingredients are particularly suitable if you want to forego stimulants or if you are already getting enough caffeine from other sources.
